Our Team
Cambridge's senior management team is highly experienced, with more than 200 years of collective track record in real estate development, investment and capital markets. The team also possesses a solid track record of managing institutional grade real estate investments as well as development, asset management and asset enhancement in various real estate asset classes in Australia, Asia and Europe.
Michael Dwyer
Executive Chairman
Michael has more than 25 years of experience in the REIT industry and is highly regarded by the Securities Industry Regulators and the Financial Services Associations in Australia and Singapore.

He was most recently the Executive Chairman of the main sponsor of Cambridge Industrial REIT in Singapore which was subsequently acquired by ESR. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Allco REIT in Singapore and the Co-Managing Director of a leading Mortgage REIT in Australia.
Michael is an experienced solicitor, with over 20 years of practice in commercial, property and banking law prior to his involvement in REITs.

Enoch Tan
Chief Executive Officer
Enoch has more than 23 years of experience in the real estate and finance industry as a fund manager, investment banker and lawyer. He was most recently the Portfolio Director of a EUR 520m European logistics fund where he was responsible for the acquisition, management, and ultimately the successful divestment of a portfolio of high quality logistics assets in UK and Europe. Previously he held Managing Director positions in large international banks and has broad expertise across investment banking and wealth management.
Throughout his career, he has worked on large cross-border financing, M&A and development of real estate, energy, telecommunications and infrastructure projects in Asia and Europe.

Laurence Kwan
Head of Renewable Energy
Laurence is a pioneer in the renewables sector in Singapore. He was part of the senior management team of Singapore’s leading renewables platform, Sunseap, where he was their Director of Energy, and subsequently their Director of Stakeholder and Corporate Affairs after the merger between Sunseap and EDPR. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of renewable energy, in particular solar, batteries, and energy trading and was instrumental in developing and investing on behalf of Sunseap renewable energy projects throughout South East Asia for the past 6 years.
Laurence was on the Market Advisory Board of Singapore Electricity Market (EMC/EMA) and was the co-author of the Code of Practice for Renewable Energy Certificates (SS 673:2021). He is currently on the Advisory Board of both Energy Risk Asia and Future Energy Asia. Prior to that he held senior positions in various oil and gas and infrastructure companies.
Soon Suet Har
Chief Financial Officer
Suet Har has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting in the real estate sector. She was most recently the financial controller of a EUR 520m European logistics fund which built up a portfolio of 18 logistics assets in five countries, where she was responsible for the financial and tax matters of the fund from its inception to divestment.
Previously, she spent more than a decade at SPH, a Singapore government-linked company, during which time she was involved in the listing of SPH REIT in 2013 with a market capitalization of S$2.6bn and was its CFO for 5 years.

Desmond Wang
Managing Director
Desmond is the co-founder and Executive Director of JMD Group of Companies, where he manages JMD’s property portfolio across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. He started his career in DB&B Holdings (an international commercial Design and Build Company) in 2004 and was its Group General Manager and Executive Director in 2011.​
To date, Desmond has managed multiple large real estate projects and has deep expertise in project development and management.
He sits on the board of several non-profit organisations such as Citizen Consultative Committee, Huang Clan Association Singapore (EXCO) and Every Little Helps Foundation Limited.

Jacqueline Wang
Managing Director
Jacqueline is the co-founder of JMD Group of Companies, where she leads the investments for the group in public and private market instruments, FX, private equity, venture capital and real estate. She has more than a decade of successful development, acquisition and divestment of real estate projects in Asia and Europe, in particular in the residential, commercial, retail and logistics sectors.
She started her career as a banker in a large international bank and worked in as an asset manager in a Singapore-based fund management company. She sits on several non-profit organisations as Treasurer including Star Shelter, Community Centre and Ladies First Society (an organisation which looks after the welfare of women and children).
Simon Clark
Director, Cambridge JMD Pty Ltd
Simon was a partner with Herbert Smith Freehills and KPMG. Most of his career involved dealing with real estate transactions. He has worked with listed entities, fund managers, private equity investors, family offices and developers. He was previously the strategic adviser to a sovereign wealth fund and was most recently the Deputy Chair of the Australian chapter of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA).
In the Australian context, he was involved in the initial development of the MIT rules as an industry advocate and remained involved in their ongoing development.
Kieran Pryke
Director, Cambridge JMD Pty Ltd
Kieran Pryke has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of General Property Trust (The GPT Group), following nine years in Lendlease Corporation’s construction, development and investment management divisions. He was subsequently CFO of Australand Property Group (at that time a subsidiary of CapitaLand) and Grocon Group.
Currently he is Chair of Aura Medical Group Pty Limited, and a director of GFM Investment Management.

Anthony Mcnulty
Head of Asset Management
​Anthony McNulty is a senior and experienced fund, development and asset manager. He has spent more than 35 years in the real estate industry, of which 32 years was with Landlease and GPT. During that time, he held senior management positions in GPT such as General Manager for Retail Development, Head of Development roles for Retail, Mixed Use Office and Logistics, as well as Fund Manager for GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund, primarily in Australia but also in the UK. He started his career as a Quantity Surveyor in Australia. Based in Sydney, Anthony provides senior leadership in Cambridge for asset management and development.
Ebony Fahey
Asset Manager
Ebony Fahey is an experienced asset manager based in Sydney. She previously spent more than 6 years as an asset manager with Charter Hall, most recently managing a A$1 billion portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Australia. At Cambridge, she takes care of the real estate assets of Cambridge Social Infrastructure Fund. Ebony was a New Colombo Plan Grant Recipient at Western Sydney University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property).

Peh Peng Loon
Investment Analyst
Peng Loon is an active member of the investment team, responsible for financial modelling, market research, and supporting with deal transactions. His experience started with internships at DBS Bank as a Private Banking Analyst and JMD Asset Management as an Investment Analyst.
Peng Loon holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance with Distinction from Singapore Management University, and he is also a member of Mensa Singapore.

Eden Tan
Investment Analyst
Eden is an active member of the investment team, responsible for financial modelling, market research, and supporting with deal transactions. His experience started with internships at Oakwood as a Business Development Analyst, Sylvan Group as a Private Equity Analyst, and JMD Asset Management as an Investment Analyst.
Eden holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance from Singapore Management University, and
he is also a CFI certified Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
