On 13th March 2024, Cambridge achieved a significant milestone with the successful completion of a $116 million deal. This acquisition marks the second asset under the Cambridge Social Infrastructure Fund, comprising a 592-bed student accommodation complex located in Port Macquarie, NSW.
Acquisition of Taylors House
On 18th January 2024, Cambridge achieved a significant milestone with the successful completion of a $86.95 million deal. Located in Sydney, the acquisition of Taylors House at 965 Bourke Street, Waterloo marks the first step into the Australian local market as well as the first asset under the Cambridge Social Infrastructure Fund.
